WattleCare Services supports older people who want to remain living safely and meaningfully at home. We provide approved Support at Home services including nursing, personal care, care support and short-term pathway care.
Already approved for Support at Home and have funding available? Talk with our team. We can review your Support Plan, understand the services you have been approved for and let you know how WattleCare Services may support you.

GETTING STARTED
Who may be eligible?
Eligibility for government-funded aged care is assessed through My Aged Care.
WattleCare Services does not decide whether you are eligible and we do not approve your government funding. Once you have been assessed, your Notice of Decision and Support Plan explain the services or pathways you have been approved to receive.
As well as Support at Home Participants we can support eligible participants approved for the Restorative Care Pathway or the End-of-Life Pathway.
We will work with you to understand your Support Plan, goals and the care you need at home.
What Happens Next
HOW THE SUPPORT AT HOME PROCESS WORKS.
1. Start with My Aged Care: Contact My Aged Care to ask about an aged care assessment.
2. Have your assessment: An assessor talks with you about what you can do, where you need help, your health and what matters to you.
3. Receive your decision and Support Plan: If you are eligible, you receive information about the services, classification or short-term pathway you have been approved for.
4. When funding is available, choose your provider: You can then choose a registered provider that can deliver the services you need.
Preparing for your assessment
It can help to think about the parts of daily life that have become harder, what you would like to keep doing for yourself, changes in your health and any support already provided by family, friends or health professionals.
You may have someone you trust with you during the assessment if you wish.
