Behind our leadership team is a growing local workforce of nurses, care workers and support staff who bring WattleCare Services to life every day.
Our role as leaders is to make sure they have the right training, guidance, systems and support to provide safe, consistent and compassionate care. We set clear standards, stay close to what is happening in the home and make sure our team knows when to ask questions, raise concerns and escalate changes in a participant’s health or wellbeing.
We want every person in our team to feel supported to do their job well, because well-supported staff are better placed to provide thoughtful, dependable care.
